Warning ... this is picture heavy! Welcome to the January 2016 Creative Circle Design Team Blog Hop and Happy New Year to everyone from around the world who is joining in today. If you come from Barb's blog, you have the right place. If not you can hop back to Sandy's blog.
January 2016 brings in a new 3D design call You Got Mail! This is shaped of an old mailbox. It is designed to open at the top to hold all your coordinating cards. It has two separate compartments. The back holds your envelopes while the front compartment holds your cards. You can even hide a small parcel inside the front compartment and pull it out through the opening.
I designed it so that the latch/front door opens and you can pull 3 x 3 cards out of the opening. The latch/front door is secured with a magnetic closure to the keep the mailbox closed.
I added more mail elements by using the Triple Banner Punch and coordinating designer papers. The Stampin' Up! slogan represents a parcel in the mail.
As the 2016 brings in the New Year as well as 2016 Occasion & Sale-a-bration Catalogue launch, which starts today. It is the biggest annual event at Stampin' Up! With each $60 (CDN) purchase, you can get a Sale-a-Bration product for free!
Look what a beautiful set this is. I am using the Botanical Garden Framelits, it also comes with coordinating stamp set. This is a beautiful set and it is a must to have. For the supply list go to the very bottom of the post.
Be sure to come back, I will post each card with recipes. In the meantime, enjoy them here.
