Instructions – compliments of Stampin’ Up!
  1. Spritz the front of a Whisper White Note Card using Coastal Cabana ink and a Stampin’ Spritzer.
  2. Tie Crushed Curry Baker’s Twine around the card.
  3. Stamp balloons on the card in Rose Coral and Yellow Citrus Chalk Ink. Stamp them again on So Saffron and Blushing Bride Cardstock. Cut out the second set of balloons and adhere them to the card using Stampin’ Dimensionals.
  4. Stamp “Happy birthday” in Aquamarine Chalk Ink on Chalkboard Paper. Cut the left side of the paper into a banner shape. Adhere the banner to the card using Stampin’ Dimensionals.
  5. Adhere four sequins to the card.
