Hello Friends!

During the Creative Circle Design Team blog hop, I introduced the color of Delightful Dijon, Bold Butterfly and the Butterfly Thinlits.

The technique is the same only this time, I added the small butterfly on top of the larger butterfly, gluing just only the body, and added Rhinestone Jewels.

To start,

  1. Cut (1) 8-1/2" x 5-1/2" of Thick Whisper White cs, and score at 4-1/4".
  2. Cut (1) 5-1/2" x 3/4" of Delightful Dijon cs, and adhere to right side of the base card.
  3. Cut (1) 5-1/2" x 1/2" of Basic Black cs, I used the Birthday Celebration stamp set and stamp Congratulations on the Basic Black with White Craft ink, and emboss with White Embossing Powder. Heat set. Then adhere it next to the Delightful Dijon cs.
  4. Add your butterfly on a slant.
Tip: I would mass produce this card because it is just so elegant and beautiful! As well, Stampin' Up! does not carry crystal effect anymore, so as an alternative use the fine tip glue to make the shine or wink of stella.
