I have been playing again with my watercolor techniques as I want to master it. It takes practice like anything else and am very pleased as to how this turned out.
I started off with the watercolor paper and just add a wash to the background. Then I took my pool party and pacific point reinkers to create the background. You will need to let your watercolor paper dry before moving onto using the stencil.
I lay the star stencil down and daubed it with white craft ink.
The Christmas Cutie was colored and fussy cut-out and then I wrapped the silver metalic thread several times around my fingers to create the airy loop.
Thanks for stopping by!
